This is Grand Peak Academy’s Pre-Enrollment form. Pre-Enrollment is the first step in getting your students enrolled at our school. Once you submit this form, our Registrar will reach out to you with any questions.
Once your child’s spot is secured for enrollment you will receive an acceptance letter with additional instructions. If we are not able to place your child at this time, the Registrar will provide you with wait list position and additional information. We are working on our current school year enrollment; for future school year enrollments, we will contact you shortly.
